I started baking when I was in middle school and I haven't stopped since! For most of my life, I was baking only for family and friends but always hoped my passion could become something more. However, when I was pregnant with my son, I became increasingly concerned about the quality of foods my family was eating. Many store-bought breads are full of sugars, preservatives, and unhealthy ingredients- even the organic ones! So I set out to make the healthiest breads I could with no preservatives and organic ingredients.

I realized that there are a lot of other people out there who also want the best quality breads for their families so I decided to share my breads with the world by starting this business. I'm committed to baking the highest quality products for every customer. I'm also committed to minimizing the environmental impact of my baking by using only sustainable materials.
